Sienna Miller Gets Death Threats

It looks like Sienna Miller's extra security was a good idea after all. According to FemaleFirst, Sienna Miller has been on the receiving end of death threats from the very same Muslim fundamentalist groups that had her security people worried in the first place.

Islamic extremists are furious the actress is starring in 'Interview', a remake of director Theo van Gogh's 2003 thriller.

The Dutch director was murdered in 2004 after his controversial film 'Submission' sparked outrage among Islamic fundamentalists.

Sienna, who is currently shooting the film in New York, is being targeted by similar political groups. She has been sent letters warning her "she will be sorry" unless she pulls out of filming.

A crew member told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "Sienna refuses to give in to these threats. The film hasn't got anything to do with Islam. But because it's being made as a tribute to Theo, the Islamic fundamentalists have hit the roof."

Her co-star, 'Reservoir Dogs' star Steve Buscemi has received similar death threats.

He is also directing the movie and has promised to protect Sienna with the best security in America.​

Okay, so that's not really funny, is it? I mean, it's not really nice to make fun of someone who is being terrorized by religious zealots.

Sienna's Tribute To Mondrian


New York, NY :: Sienna Miller exuded effortless style trotting down the streets of Manhattan's meatpacking district yesterday afternoon. She wore a shapeless fair weather dress, a modern graphic Mondrian-with-triangles. Sienna paired her Mondrian dress with gold-studded Grecian sandals. Walking through New York City's East Village, Sienna locked elbows with one of her BFFs and her mysterious mustache male friend was not far behind (pictured after the jump). Who's Lost Their Gym Pass?

It's not that we expect celebrity men to be perfect... But we were slightly disappointed to see these pics of a former hottie looking a little wobbly around the midriff. Jude Law was chilling out on a Malibu beach with his ex-wife Sadie Frost and their kids, when he was snapped with his belly in relaxed mode. Don't get us wrong, he's still fairly trim... but we'd been hoodwinked into thinking the Alfie star might hide a set of toned abs under his shirt. We were wrong, bless us. Still, the man was far too busy building sandcastles for his nippers and indulging in a spot of boogie boarding to be worrying about clenching and tensing.​

Is anyone else confused as to why Sienna's natural hair (under the extensions) is brown? Did she dye it again recently, cos I always thought she was a natural blonde, there were pictures in W Magazine a few years ago of her as a little girl and she was blonde. Maybe her hair got darker as she got older and she's just been dying it lighter the last however many years, but I can't help be confused when I see how dark her hair is under the extensions, lol.

^^ My Dad and I both had blonde hair when young and it got darker as time went by ending up light brown by our twenties, just like Sienna seems to be now... (And remember the somewhat darker parts will only look more dark next to the blonde dye...)

OT: Agreed...my husband didn't believe me that my hair was blonde before I met him and now that I'm in my twenties it's a darker brown with natural blonde streaks. It does get darker as you get older...then turns lighter when we become like 50 and gray...
