SIENNA MILLER looks like she just stepped out of a salon . . . but forgot to get a blow dry.

The Factory Girl actress must have been running late as she dashed off to meet her clothes designer sister Savannah.
You’d think she could have run a comb through her damp locks though.
The Miller sisters were spotted looking through designs for their clothing line, Twenty8twelve, over coffee in West London.
Even in casual gear there’s no doubting Sienna is a style leader.
But I reckon her personal grooming could do with a little work.

that is EXACTLY what I was thinking its not that the outfit is that bad its just it IS JUNE!!! so its seems a bit much, covered up legs, long sleevs, knee high boots,(which I by the way) not summer-y at all
