why misplaced? allure eds usually don't entail much except simple studio shots and sigrid is beautiful enough to excel in those. anyway, sigrid'ssecond allure ed in three or four months, i like it!

You know what? I disagree with what others say. I think Sigrid looks excellent in editorials. She does extremely well in front of the camera.

i never said she wasn't excellent, i was just quite surprised to see a beauty magazine like Allure using such
prominent names like Demarchelier and Bambi for a studio edit. anyhow i stand corrected since i'm not
familiar with the magazine anyway. and anything coming from Sigrid is amazing for me, i'm already way
too biased to dislike any of her work

i would accord allure with more respect than other "beauty magazines". i think demarchelier shoots for allure quite regularly. and don't forget sigrid had another ed with them just at the end of the year. frankly i like allure more than US vogue

Eh! Another underwhelming ed, IMO. Loath as I am to admit, but someone like Karlie would've killed this like nobody's business. And this is coming from one of Sigrid's greatest admirers and one of Karlie's detractors.

^ it is 1) just allure and 2) not some big budget shoot. i like the ed just fine

and i prefer sigrid to kloss in this kinda simple shoot whose overexcited expressions would overdramatize it
