I'm looking for designers from the fashion industry, that sell clothes online, but haven't yet created a big brand (= it's still affordable to buy from them). I know that on Etsy we can find these, and I have a few favorites there, but looking for places outside that. It's not that easy to find new names, so bring them on, I'll check out all names I get! It would be super if it's possible to order online.

Well it's obviously very difficult to know where to draw the line, because some of the people I listed sell in stores and have arranged runway shows for their collections. But they are not worldwide known I guess, and you can buy from them for less than $400
