The price is $330 and is available at www.smythson.com and Smythson boutiques.
I like it, it's got a bit of a vintage feel.
I quite like it, too. I like the envelope flap and the size. I just wished it was another color.
cute, i think the zipper pull is very large & kind of detracts from the bag
I think it's cute. the envelope flap and the shape are very nice
and I agree with Pradaromance, the zipper pull is not right, and I actually wish that the whole zipper did not go all the way down there
It's quite special. Can you actually put stuff into the envelope part?
SMYTHSon does bags now???
i rather stick to their diaries and personalised papers for invites etc...
that bag is
I think so, too.
I like it a lot - the only two things I don't like are the zipper pull and the handles. I like a shoulder strap.
Great color and shape though!
i hate to say it, but to be honest, i like it only because it's smythson.
i love it...but it appears to be quite small and therefore more like a make-up bag...i couldn't find measurements but it's said to fit inside another bag and be good for "small trips outside the office"...in that case...i think the price is outrageous...especially because it's pigskin...the most inexpensive leather in the world...
Perhaps you would prefer the Portobello Bag at $1305.00?
very funny tealady...you can see by the price, though...which is the full-size bag....
the bijou apparently fits inside the portobello...
i think SMYTHSON are fab for anything that goes with your paperwork.
im considering buying a passport/ticket wallet... in vernis...
but a bag????
like mikeijames said: would you buy it if it was from accessorize?
i wouldnt even give it a second look....
and as for their pricing... well a tiny (simple) diary is about 30/40/50 british pounds so i can only imagine how their way of thinking is.. but pigskin is a NONO...
Not my style, i certainly wouldn't pay that much for it. Besides the portobello style isn't original i have seen vintage hermes, that i would rather invest in.
it's rather ordinary i think...plus i don't like blue bags all that much
definitely would not pay that much for it
maybe they look too much like envelopes...
I say no...there is nothing i like about it, i dont like the wishy washy color, shape or huge zip puller
The Bijou is a joke.
However, I love the Portobello!! It has so many compartments and pockets and all kinds of contraptions and apparently comes with a matching notebook, which is a cute little finishing touch imo.
It's hideous in the pale blue, though. I like it a lot more in the red or black.
