I think they used Natasha more because of her contract and to keep a consistency with their campaigns. Still, Snejana would have murdered those close ups with the male model!

Me too. I also am little bit mad that she has sunglasses on in both shots, but in the end I'm just really happy that she scored an A-list campaign. (Her MaxMara ad was beyond fanastic but MaxMara is more like low A-list where as Gucci is much higher profile.)

snejana is and always will be russian (or ukrainian...) like natasha, sasha and vlada.

I think you recognize russian girls on their face structure and their attitude - and not because of their style or haircolor!! (btw: I think the haircolor is something the models can't always choose... maybe like vlada)

of course all these girls will always be slavic, but what I was trying to say is that they are looking more and more like the others. (ie raquel, lily, etc)....
and i say that even though i like them a lot more then all those other models out there. i liked classic natasha much more then the blond nat. and vlada... see I don't understand why a more established model like herself would need to dye her hair several different times for someone, or would even want to do that much damage to it. ....... snejana has stayed pretty much the same since her start. and i like her for it. to me that says her look has staying power, even if she isn't on every runway every season.--dunno if that makes sense

Also, the girl who posted the pictures that I first posted said that she met Snejana at this event. She saw Snejana standing by the restroom. Snejana was standing there quietly, very humble. Photographers were busy chasing after some other local celebrity. So this girl says she couldn't walk by and pass up a chance to talk to one of her favorite models. She asked "Snejana, do you have a couple of minutes?" And Snejana quietly answered "Yes of course." Also she said that Snejana was very calm and quiet the whole evening.
