MAX Models of South Holland's port city Rotterdam is an agency that everyone knows who's familiar with the Dutch scouting infrastructure and they always have beautiful newfaces available to look out for. One of them is Sofie Busye, a Belgium based student who spent some time in Paris for power testing not too long ago.
