The collection is very Margiela (after past “homages” to Lang and Ann D., it was only a question of time) with it’a surface normalcy disrupted by some risqué touches and choices of construction. I wish they had gone for face masks too since the casting is…very distracting, almost as distracting as the sex club lighting (?) which is baffling to say the least.

Genuinely don't think there's a single look I loathe here, and find myself liking every last look - including the fur dress. The red dress on Steinberg is perhaps my favorite look out of everything and I'm getting flashes of Stefano Pilati's Yves Saint Laurent, which of course I approve of.
