marc by marc jacobs...
i actually like these...they're fun!...

I'm still waiting on the price listing for those lovely Burberry wedges!!

I know the price for those Michael Kors shoes (rather cute, I think!...I do need some jewelled flats)...but not yet so far for the Burberry wedges.

I saw a pair of Jil Sander wedges in Bazaar or something and I thought they were really cute. Purple suede, I think...

Oh my god, I love wedges! They are very pin up styled. I like the chunky ones best. I love the Kors posted above.

no problem  im addicted to wedge sandals....
thats the only thing i wear during summer..(and flipflops :P)

Hm. I really don't like wedges, in fact, I kind of hate them. Unless there are some really great vintage pin-up looking ones. Are there any pictures of 50's pin-ups wearing wedges? I don't know but if there are, that might possibly make me think they could be attractive. Where did they come from anyway? The non-platform ones are definetely more attractive.

I absolutely LOVE the Burberry ones...
sigh...
The chunky wedges just remind me of little girls' shoes-the ones that are for girls that aren't old enough for real heels, just really thick soles/wedges.

First of all, I've adored wedges for ages... I actually remember going shopping for my very first pair of "real" boots, black leather, and no stores seemed to carry wedges. The trend at the time was very much for those ultra harsh looking points and stilettos. I held out though, and managed to find myself that perfect pair of boots- with a wedge heel. Now they've reemerged too, albeit for summer!
My favourites here are by Marc Jacobs, who I humbly put forth as creating some of the most appealing, feminine, unique, yet classic shoes out there. If I had that type of money to spend on shoes- I would most definitely put out the extra hundred or so, for some of his. Until then though...

(Some of these posted are clearly not Marc Jacobs, by the way!)

Oh, and no offense, but I find these hideous. :ninja:
