*Bianca* Here's Adina's interview :flower: I had my friend Julian help me with the translation ^_^ Teamwork is always best :magic:

When I heard the story about Adina Forizs' career, I got a strong impression that she always gave relentless effort, even if she did not succeed in overcoming challenges in the past.

The way she got the opening place at the Prada show was the ultimate result of her persistence. It was just like a dream come true -- in fact, it was even better than that...it was something that she did not expect in the least.

It took half a year for her to make it, but people now discuss her as if she were Cinderella when she walked down the runway of Prada.

Let us go back six months ago -- from Hungary to Milan...to Miuccia Prada. That season, she failed to get a runway job for Prada. The reason was that she walked too timidly.

But the timidness was understandable because of her background. Adina came from a place which was far from the 'fashion' business, and it also had no relation to her life as a student.

She was studying at the University of Budapest Institute of Technology as a very enthusiastic architecture major.

At first, she was not so serious about becoming a model, but despite the rejection at Prada, she did not give up her dream of becoming a model.

During her next six months, she continued her pursuit and received training for her 'walk'. Then, this season, she went back to Prada.

I believe that not only her beauty, but her enthusiasm and passion made Miuccha to say yes to her.

To me, it is the perfect success story...a girl who is very serious about this business that tried so hard finally received the fruits she deserved. Not only was she the 'first face' of the Prada show, she also became a Miu Miu exclusive.

I interviewed her right after the Miu Miu show. She looked extraordinary, but she sounded like just an ordinary 20 year old girl.

--Would you please introduce yourself?

I'm 20 years old. I'm from Hungary. I was a college student. (architecture major) I'm taking a break from school right now, since I started modeling a year ago...I was not so serious about it back then and considered it a part time job.

--Are you good at math then?

I suppose so, but I actually didn't get a good mark from the preliminary exam.

--Why did you become a model?

People always asked me whether or not I was a model whenever I walked on the street. So I thought it would be worth trying.

--How did you get to Prada?

I went to Prada every day for three weeks for fittings. Finally, I was told to walk for the show. That was good enough for me, and I felt like dreaming when I heard that I would be the 'first face.' That news came to me five minutes before the show started.

--Unbelievable that they didn't tell you anything until that close to the show! Weren't you nervous?

Of course, but I enjoyed it somehow...the music was just like party music -- it was fun. After the show, I felt the best I've ever felt.

--How was backstage?

It was very important to be there to observe how designer(s) work on the show itself. I was impressed with how much they were devoted to their jobs. Nobody ever showed how tired they really were, even considering how much and how long they worked. I respect it a lot. For me, it was my first experience, and I have only done the test shooting, so I can't compare with any other fashion house. I heard that Prada is very special though.

--By the way, I heard that your hobby is reading...?

I like Paulo Coelho (Author). I like to think a lot while I read.

--Do you mean the philosophical writer?

I don't like ordinary stories...the characters and how the story goes have to be thought-provoking. I'm reading his novel 'The Fifth Mountain' right now, and I just finished The Alchemist in English.

--Do you speak any other foreign languages?

I can speak German because I studied it at school for eight years, and also Hungarian and English...so three languages in all. French is hard because of the pronounciation, but it's similar to German.

--Are you going back to school?

Not for now. I really want to try and see how far I can get in the fashion business. I want to take a chance, and I want to do the best as I can.
