So many stunning vintage eds! My heart feels so happy when I see them. Missing those times when Steven and his them pushed themselves more to create visually stimulating stories.

I really had a tear come out of my eye!

Of course we do have Herb Ritts, Helmut Newton, Guy Bourdin, Irving Penn, Richard Avedon and other greats, but, in my opinion, nobody comes close to Meisel in terms of pure fashion photography. Nobody reinvented themselves as much, not a single photographer pulled out SO many concepts.

I feel so lucky being born at this time, not earlier or too late, so I caught Meisel while he is alive and producing these works. A true legend, even among legends.

God. These vintage editorials are such a gem. They are truly timeless. How I wish Steven still shoots frequently.

Seeing these classic photographs make me realize that only Steven can truly elevate things when it comes to fashion photography.
