Mine is merely to put a little more effort into my hair. I hate doing anything to my hair. Even blow-drying feels like an epic chore.

just to try to be more polished...
or to be more consistently polished...

not that i tend to look messy or like a slob...

another style resolution is to continue to go shopping in my own closet...
i have so much great stuff in there and with a little creativity and layering i know i can make good use of it

Try to loosen up my wardrobe and not always be so perfect, if you know what I mean? Go for a more... effortless look.

    1. wear a dress at least once a week
    2. paint my nails every weekend
    3. Stop coloring my hair
    4. buy more good quality basics e.g. American apparel tees, plain cardigans with interesting shapes
    5. Wear at least two accessories always

Shop at thrift stores more often.
Try out more imaginary and surprising colour combinations.
    Get some more basic stuff.
pay more attention to nails and skin...

That's what I want to do, too.

    Also:
wear more dresses (I got some cute ones over the last months)
buy some skinny jeans so that I can choose between them, bootcut and straight cut jeans
add some highlights to my closet

More consistent of the clothing I'm wearing. I'm still in the progress of finding what suits me in my body and personal taste, so no more returns (as much; I buy anything for the sake of its 'prettiness') and no more stocking up on things I don't need. I'd like to have a closet ware I can pick up anything and feel confident in what I'm wearing, instead of having to scramble for the right top to go with the right bottoms and vice versa.

My resolution would be to not hold back on my personal style. . .
I need to start wearing all those heels I've got stacked up in my room, and I need to get more statement jewelery!

    To buy less
To utilize more of what I already own
To stop being lazy and get the things I need tailored, tailored

Buy more quality-made clothes. It shouldn't be just about the style.

I love the imagery of shopping in your own closet!

I'd also like to put more effort into the way I look in 201-. I've become somewhat lazy (well, lazier) in 2009 and I don't always feel like myself.
