Has anyone heard of SWSU magazine? Its often reffered to as the eco friendly vogue. It has style, beauty and other topics covered from an eco-friendly point of view. I saw Freja on one of their covers. Here are some images

These were in a feature on Davina Howthorne who I believe uses eco friendly materials

Heres an interview with Katherine Hamnet

Itsy Eco Interview - Katharine Hamnett

Known as the serious face of fashion, one might assume that Katharine Hamnett would be a bit of an eco-bore. But the original rebel with a cause is really rather naughty!
Virginia Rowe caught up with the world's No1 eco-fashionista and uncovered childhood dreams of being a trapeze artist and an eye brow-raising guilty pleasure...
I knew I was destined to be a designer when… in 1989 after doing research into the ethical and environmental impact of the clothing and textile industry, I found myself in the wrong job.

When I was a wipper-snapper, I wanted to be… trapeze artist.
Some might say it’s an eco-sin but I can’t live without…cigarettes and alcohol!
Controversial slogans are popular again because… the world has never been a more dangerous place and democracy has slipped through our fingers. This gives people a voice.
The most popular/successful Katharine Hamnett tshirt slogan….most popular is 'Choose Life'... closely followed by 'Bring Back God'. Most successful is '58% Don’t want Pershing'... closely followed by '92% Don’t want Trident'.
As a designer, sustainability means… carefully examining the impact of the entire production supply chain, how clothes are made, from planting of seeds to transport and packaging.
My second favourite ethical fashion label is…. Ciel.
My most treasured vintage buy is … a mandolin I bought at auction in France as a six year old.
5 Charities that everyone should support….
Christian Aid www.christian-aid.org.uk
Friends of the Earth www.foe.co.uk
Greenpeace www.greenpeace.org
Environmental Justice Foundation www.ejfoundation.org
Soil Association www.soilassociation.org
If my Fairy Godmother could grant me one wish… we would spend the money that we are spending on arms and war on solving poverty, (which would do it) and ending global poverty.
3 super-stylish tips for a more ethical lifestyle… buy Green Gold, wear vintage and ask for organic cotton wherever you can.
My favourite websites are …. MySpace!! And ViceLand.
I get my creative juices flowing by…getting a break and going on holiday.
The yummiest place for an organic bite… on top of a mountain (no helicopters please!).
My favourite skincare brand is… Dr Haushka.
The coolest people on the planet are … Judge Sullivan, Nelson Mandela and the Dalai Lama.
My guilty pleasures… orgies with nuns!
I wish I could be a fly on the wall at… the Whitehouse.
If I was Prime Minister for the day I’d…
1. pull the troops out of Iraq.
2. put five billion into developing Britains renewable energy ( the best in the World).
3. cancel student loans/replace with grants.
4. stop trading with China until it improves its human rights performance, including stopping enforced abortions and prisoners being shot for their spare parts and cutting their carbon emissions.
5. Stop deluding ourselves about any special relationship we are supposed to have with America.
6. spend 76 billion on schools hospitals and housing.

Itsy Eco Interview - Clothes Swap Shop!
As self-confessed fashion-freakonistas there’s nothing that gets us more excited than buying clothes, but where’s the sustainability in that? Unless, of course they’re second hand! Clothes swapping site Whatsmineisyours is officially our new favourite way to shop. Virginia Rowe tracks down founder Judy Berger to talk worst ever fashion buys and who she’d most like to swap clothes with….
I knew I was destined to launch a fashion swap shop when…I ran out of friends who were the same size as me, I couldn’t just swap with strangers! So I set up whatsmineisyours and found people who I could swap with on a regular basis from all over the country.
My worst ever fashion mistake was…when I cut my hair into a mullet with side burns - I was young and foolish. I cut it myself and couldn’t get the sides right so I kept cutting. I still wince at the pictures of me wearing my puff ball dresses with a curly mullet and tram lines in the side of my head!!
Some might call it an eco-sin but I can’t live without…erm, my car. And the odd Primark dress!!
If I could swap clothes with anyone, it would have to be…yes, I know it’s obvious but it would have to be Kate Moss, but I’d swap bodies with her first! Do you think we will be able to do that in the future? I may set up a body swapping site, it would do great business just after Christmas.
My top 3 destinations for a second-hand deal are…car boot sales in summer, vintage fairs in winter and of course whatsmineisyours.com (shameless promotion!!)
Using whatsmineisyours is super-easy, all you have to do is…register for free, upload items from your wardrobe and link with people who have the same tastes and size as you.
Some might call me a shameless bargainista, but I prefer to see myself as…an individual who likes to shop to suit my own style. I never buy something just because it has a designer label yet I like to look different from all the high street look-alikes.
I’m embarrassed to admit it but I once a bought a second-hand…long trouser playsuit with black and white sequins and real ostrich feathers stuck to the cuffs and collar! I thought it was fabulously camp and imagined myself lounging at home drinking cherry brandy in it. Maybe I’ll dig it out this weekend!!
My favourite designers who customize pre-loved pieces are…
Junkie Styling down the East end, just off Brick lane.
If I could swap shoes with Tony Blair, I’d… go on a fantastic free holiday to Cliff Richards house, and while I’m there I’d make prank calls to George Bush!!
2007 is all about…Party dresses, structured outfits, wedge shoes, picnics, festivals, recycling, being happy.

I can tell just from the snippet you provided that I'd really dislike this magazine.
