her surname is actually Scruggs... Chiyoko is a Japanese name... I think it's her mother's first name? Maybe it's her middle name? ... at any rate she's certainly a beautiful girl... she graduated high school this year so hopefully she'll be doing fashion weeks this upcoming season...
