It sounds strange, but Tara really reminds me of Bette Davis in Whatever Happened to Baby Jane- a failed film star who only wears her outfits from when her career was going. I mean Tara dresses very much the skank-chic of early 2000s when she was considered hot- trucker hats, hipster skirts and pants, body jewellery, peroxide, ratty hair. She just refuses to change her style.

I cannot believe people still wear trucker hats, btw
