Recently I haven't seen a lot tartan on the runways. However I've seen a lot of it on the streets. I think tartan is great except for one pattern namely the one in my school uniform. When I was in asia 4 years ago this particular tartan patter was popular and still is. And to my dismay it seems like it is that very tartan that is becomeing very 'trendy' in my city. I see it everywhere on the streets as everyday wear in jackets, pants, blazers, umbrellas etc. I know I am a bit biased but I was wondering what your opinions in general of tartan are.

Tartan is v. v. v. cute in my opinion. Those skinny pants are to die for.

Move to Scotland. You'd love it :D

I'm not too crazy about overt tartan, but I have a tartan ribbon belt which is subtle.

Tartan is another thing that I like when it's unexpected. Kilt: expected. Tight pants: unexpected.

I love tartan, however I'm sick of tartan coats
it feels like I've seen way too much of it

but I love the pants, just like gimmethatbag said, it's nice to see it on something unexpected

I think the tartan pattern in the 'head thing' is blackwatch tartan and I see it everywhere. I swear its the most popular tartan out there if you exclude burberry.
