Awesome Fan Encounter With Taylor Lautner!

Hey guys,
it’s McVampy here.
Just got back from he best holiday of my life. Went to New York, LA and San Francisco with my mother (a twi-mum). We’re from Australia.
Booked the holiday according to where I thought the Twilight cast would be. New York the week before Eclipse came out and LA the week after Eclipse came out. Then thought we’d see San Francisco for our last few days before going home.
Was amazing, the country is truly amazing.

I was lucky enough to meet Kristen and Taylor outside David Lettermen on June 28th. I tried to get tickets but in the end, didn’t. So from 10am until Kristen came (3.30pm) and Taylor came (5.30pm) I waited outside in the sun, heat and rain to try to catch a glimpse of Kristen and Taylor walk into Lettermen.
Fortunately, I got to meet Kristen (my bloody idol) and I got a photo with her and she signed my Elle UK and Entertainment Weekly magazine. She is such a kind-hearted person and I could not be happier to have met her. Everyone says so much crap about her, but she was THE NICEST person that day to her fans and I couldn’t have asked for more. I made a sign that said ‘Kristen! I came all the way from Australia to see you’ and she read it and acknowledged it and everything. She kept apologizing to us fans that she could not stay long as she had to get to the NY Premiere for Eclipse. SHE WAS SO NICE!
Then after Kristen’s interview (horrible interview – NOT on Kristen’s behalf) on Lettermen, they cut to us outside and I, amongst the other fans, was shown on fricken American tv! My friends and family from Australia saw me that night – they all thought I was nuts.

Then, 2 hours later came Taylor (he came over to the fans before he visited Lettermen, unlike Kristen who came out afterwards). He was great too. He got photos with many people (unlike Kristen who was rushed and couldn’t get a photo with everyone). He was all smiles, and his skin is flawless!

It was the greatest day of my life.

Then came LA where I met up with a fellow em.org reader and we got to meet Dakota Fanning at the Landmark Theatre in Beverly Hills. Dakota’s visit was unexpected to most people so there wasn’t a large crowd and after she spoke to the cinema she came to visit, we went over to her and asked for photos. She was really easy-going about it all and also (here I use that word again) nice.

Of course other than meeting Kristen, Taylor and Dakota I got to see a lot of the US and had the best holiday of my life.
