Sometimes I think that the role of Jenny in Gossip Girl changed her look and attitude into this. Her character played a vulnerable girl and stuck up, and rebellious at times, and the show changed the look and role of Jenny so often and fast. Surely, the show had a massive influence on the way she is today....

I get the impression that it's Taylor who wanted to look a certain way and that the show had to deal with it all along.

the show wouldnt have gone out of their way for taylor to act the way she does.
she doesnt write for the character, she just plays the part.
if that means dressing in pretty floral dresses, then its taylor who has to deal with it.
otherwise, she would have gotten axed long before she did because i doubt they would deal with a little 16 year old diva.
its not like jenny was the most important character anyway.

^It's weird, Cherie Curry doesn't look half as trashy as Taylor even if their outfits are identical. I guess the addition of the raccoon eyes, the bad extensions and the stripper heels are what makes Taylor look so hooker-ish.

Okay...it's creepy that Cherie is only 15 in that picture, but she still manages to look non-skanky unlike Taylor. You can tell it's probably her rock persona and she doesn't dress like that 24/7. Momsen on the otherhand....

Cherie doesn't look 15 in that pic at all, more like 20. It's hard to tell with Taylor because I already know her age so I can't objectively judge, but she doesn't look old despite all the makeup she wears.

Also I just found out that Taylor and Miley used to have the same agent before Miley jumped to CAA. Their careers have more in common than Taylor likes to think.
