Does anyone know who makes this t-shirt & bag?

Sorry if the pic doesnt come up. The IMG thing doesnt seem to want to work for me all the time & I dont know how to attach a pic.

Sorry about this. Please check back... I found some bigger pictures of it.
The bag looks like it might have faces on it (up near the top near the strap)... maybe like a newpaper print or something. Or it could just be shadows. I dont know. I looooooooooove the tee too. HELP!
