Teen Vogue Oct/Nov 2016 : Chloe Grace Moretz & Brooklyn Beckham by Bruce Weber

Wait didn't they break up already? Ah Teen Love.. so fleeting.

At least you can't see his face, so I'll settle for that.

Is that actually Brooklyn? weird that they didn´t show his face nor name him on the tags... it´s a weird cover but I like the cinematic feel, it looks more like a movie still.

It is Brooklyn, I presume he's in the editorial also. Perhaps at the last minute they opted to change the cover from a front facing image of them both to one where Chloe takes the lead, so it looked a little less like they had missed the boat!

What is Chloe good for again? She quit all her movies. All she's famous for is dating Beckham and picking fights with Kim K. Next!

^well, in her defense: I´ll always have a soft spot for her because she was Hit-Girl, when she was just 12/13 yo :)
and she´s been working steadily for more than 10 years, that should count for something imo.

She certainly photographs from the 'snooty pretty girl' angle quite well. I like that she owns the look and works it.

He always looks bored, thank goodness I can't see his face

LOL you kidding right?

if you don't like her just said it. Do no discredit people just because you don't like them

Not necessary a fan of both, but it's a really great cover. Teen Vogue never missing a beat.

But yeah... I thought they had broken up? I guess it was too late for a plan b cover

I'm not discrediting what she did when she was 12. She's not 12 anymore or has anything going for her now. What is she promoting by being on the cover of Teen Vogue? She sure isn't doing any more movies now.
In this day people only know her from what i said, it has nothing to do with me hating her or no.

^No one gives a crap about her "feud" with the Kardashians, are you serious? Again, i'm not a fan of her but she's an undeniably prolific actress. She was in The 5th Wave and Neighbors 2 this year (flops, but still) and just premiered a movie at the Toronto Festival which is what I assume she is promoting. She's a much bigger star than Brooklyn and made quite the solid name for herself in the industry.

What are you talking about? Not doing any more movies? Check her imdb, she's been working non stop since at least 2005 LOL
I'd guess this cover is promoting her new movie, Brain on Fire (Charlize Theron is one of the producers btw).
Let's not reduce her to some twits back and forth with a Kardashian, or even to her relationship with Brooklyn (what has he done?). Her career, like it or not, has been steady and varied so her fame comes from that.

IDGAF about her relationships, but I am curious as to why this is Oct/Nov and not just October. Please tell me they're not reducing the amount of issues yearly.

Inevitably--I don't want this to happen--this magazine will become an online magazine

What a ridiculous post. What is she good at? Perhaps building an impressive acting career for the last decade with roles across different genres. Starring with Academy Award winners such as Jennifer Lawrence (The Poker House), Eddie Redmayne (Hick), Ben Kingsley (Hugo - directed by Martin Scorsese ), Julianne Moore (Carrie), Charlize Theron (Dark Places), Denzel Washington (Equalizer) and Melissa Leo (Equalizer). All of which she managed to do before dating Beckham or "picking fights" with Kim Kardashian.

Add in the fact this is a teenage fashion magazine which would be her main audience and the fact she has two films out this fall. She is also the face of Coach Fragrance in a campaign shot by Steven Miesel.

But sure lets try make her relevance be because of who she is dating for a few months this year or a comment aimed at celebrity and cultural sludge like the Kardashians. The bigger question should be "What is Brooklyn good at?" or "Why is he on the cover?". But those questions seemed to have gone over your head.

LOL, so crass!

You'll have to face the facts, Paul. The grim reaper is hovering over this little magazine regardless, of the good they're doing. If I'm correct, Jun/Jul and Dec/Jan are also double issues. Very soon they'll narrow it down to six issues per year, then after that they'll be done for, I'm sure.

The cover looks ok, almost like a shot taken of them at some party. It's a shame that we see a cover couple when they're done though! Lol. In all fairness, they've been at it for some time now.

Citing her film achievements from A-Z doesn't prove a point. Not when it's TeenVogue. And a majority of these readers probably associate with her because she dated a Beckham, calls out the Kardashians, then her film career. Because that's what the youth is about, pop culture. Well, in most cases anyway. Her films aren't exactly a pull in this case.

Teen Vogue was on an absolute roll this year, but this cover is rather disappointing. Not because of Chloe, I quite like her and she is a good fit for this magazine but it somehow doesn't work for him. And I could do without Brooklyn as well.

If anything, Brooklyn is on the cover because of her.

I am not a big fan of Chloe as I find her style to be quite annoying - there is always something I'd change - but as others have said, she plays this 'bored teenage girl' role quite well. Plus I think she's beautiful and clearly quite talented, judging by her longevity in the business already and hard-working ethics.
