I love love love that orange dress...

Also is it just me or do the shorter dresses make the proportions of the model's legs really odd? It's as if the knees start far lower down than they should...or maybe it's my headache

This works well, IMO, because even though it employs monochromes and neutrals, the bold prints and detailing ensure that it doesn't look dull.

So many of the collections, so far, have been both plain and neutral, which just sends me to sleep!

I particularly like the triangle motifs and the fact that the 'white' in the monochromes isn't a true white, so it doesn't make my eyes go 'funny'!

Even though it's not my style, I applaud that her designs always look fully thought-out and her great eye for detailing and proportion... It's also good to see her developing the daywear part successfully, as she had been known for such a long time only as a designer that does beaded party dresses.

Not my style,but i think its a strong consistant collection.I am getting sick of the similar colour palette from all the NY shows so faar.

i'm also happy that this is a label that is growing...
it was getting really redundant with those vintage-y looking dresses already...

i still think it needs some work...but it's def a step in the right direction...
some nice stuff mixed in here and there..

British designer Alice Templey announced that after six seasons of exhibiting outside her native country, she would be returning to the London Fashion Week in September with her collection spring/summer 2009.
Temperley London’s constant femininity has been displayed at the New York fashion scene since 2005 and now is the time to change that. Alice is expecting her first child with husband Lars von Bennigsen, which should be born in September.
Since we are originally an English brand and we are proud of our origins, we are honoured to accept this opportunity to return home and show our spring/summer 2009 collection, as well as to be a part of the excellent new energy in London, Temperley said, according to Vogue. Source Javno.com
