She said something about Olivia not being qualified for the job...then don't give it to her. Is she supposed to be really high up at Elle? Her hair colour was the same colour as her skin and the outfit...I can tell she will irritate me

Agree, I feel she didnt even want to give any credit to Olivia. I mean she did a good job finding fake bags that look real lol. Even the boss thought she did a good job but Erin just looking for ways to get Olivia in trouble.

How can the creative director of Elle think Olivia did a good job, if she was missing half the accessories, Olivia is more than useless at Elle. And who honestly cares about Roxy, Kelly is the only good thing about that program now.

The show has really gone downhill for me. I mean, I'm not saying it was amazing to begin with, but it was watchable for me. Now, I don't know, it's somewhat mind-numbing and ridiculous. And Whitney puts me to sleep. I'll give it a few more episodes but if it continues on like this....
