hey, does anybody know if this is going to be shown on T4 in the UK? We had like 1 series of the hills and then nothing and considering i don't have cable to watch either the hills or the city- i'd love to know one way or the other so i can invest in a box set! x

i just started watching the city and first of all, i can't believe olivia took credit for what whitney did for the elle cover shoot. total b*tch. and even in the first few episodes, you can totally tell that olivia's not even sincere about wanting to be friends with whitney, it's like her sole motive for being friends with her is so she can talk down to her and make herself feel good. UGH. although i gotta say that olivia is really, REALLY pretty.

Btw, I was looking for candids of Olivia on her thread, and it seems that she and Whitney are very close friends. It was kind of awkward when I first saw them, because I use to believe that the city was a "reality" and when I saw the chapter when Olivia takes credit for the Elle outfit I felt like

Well, I certain think it too, but sometimes I guess that is only Olivia's face
She always seems idk if shy or rigid on the photos...
Obviously I don't think that they are like BFFs but maybe just good friends, hope so.

Do you guys remember ShePratt's best friend Roxy Olin that was on the show once or twice in S4 of The Hills (she was there when ShePratt confronted Lauren and Audrina, then she was at Lauren's birthday party)? Well she's been filming The City with Whitney now. She'll probably be a main character in S2. They're in Miami for Fashion Week (according to Whitney's twitter).
Roxy was featured on a few episodes of Brothers and Sisters - Patricia Wettig is her mother and she's on the show (She plays Holly) and her dad, Ken Olin, is a producer/director for the show. They're both pretty respected in Hollywood. I'm VERY surprised she's doing reality tv. Figured her parents would be totally against it (even though she's an adult and can make her own decisions). I guess her acting career didn't take off, so she wanted to become more visible by doing this show.

^ Ugh I don't think I'll be tuning in this season. I thought Whitney was better than this, but guess not.
