The City premieres next week, but not with Allie Crandell. "I'm done with The City forever!" she declared last night at the Ruby Kobo party. On the upside, Allie is no longer dating her bad boyfriend. "He turned out to be something that I didn't know he was. It was pretty heartbreaking," she admits. "I'm trying to focus on myself and mingle in New York City and focus on my career." But that doesn't mean the model isn't on the prowl for a new love, provided he knows how to behave: "I'm done with boys — I'm onto men!" Allie had attended Whitney Port's show the night before, but don't expect to see her out anytime soon with Olivia Palermo — who, by the way, is "definitely edited to be bitchier than she is in real life." But still. "I never hung out with her," says Allie. "The only thing that brought us together was the show."

i really liked erin ... she was probably one of the only people other than whitney that i liked on the show. new season should be interesting, lots of new faces.

I have just seen the trailer for the second season... I'm impressed! it looks promising (and will hopefully be) they did many changes to boost the show... like where are the people from season 1!¿!¿!¿!?!... I like Kelly Cutrone, and I'm glad she's taking part on it more often.

A good start for the season I think. I'm glad to see that Olivia got a lot of focus, and that all of it was on her job. It still looks like Whitney's features will be about her personal life, and how that effects her job, and not the other way around. Props to Whitney for focusing on her main design line. It proves to me that fashion design is something she has her heart set on, it's not something she picked up on when she became famous, like Lauren Conrad.

Just watched The City for the first time ever. It's pretty harmless. I love their lives, lol. But seriously, did Olivia really talk balk like that to her boss on like the second day of work? What? I hate that she wasn't fired for that.

Also, Whitney seems like such a sweetheart. I remember that about her from The Hills. I just cannot dislike her. Don't know how anyone could.
