Just tragic. I mean I can vividly remember The Face's covers in the early Noughties and they defo went for big pop stars on the cover but the fact that you have Teller and Schorr ( ) contributing images of Dua and Harry that look like contact sheets from a back of the book i-D feature circa 2017 just makes me shake my head.

Leave this magazine's legacy to rest!

Just Harry's cover would have been fine. I mean it's boring but it's still a nice shot.

Wow. Really underwhelming choice of cover stars. Maybe they had already chosen them when they announced the relaunch cause those covers are looking a little stale already. Still hyped for what's inside but so far their instagram is much juicer than this.

Louis' and Dua's covers bored me like no tomorrow. I was very afraid this comeback would end as insipid as could be, now with Tyler's and Rosalia's I feel safer about the future of this project. None of them is outstanding, all of them actually play with the borderline of disaster, but at least the last 2 remind me more of The Face's original quirky mood and risky spirit than the first ones who are just vanilla at it's best.

Hideous all in all. Even MY Harry can’t save this.

I think the Tyler cover is a bit tone deaf. There he is dressed up as a woman after his consisten and unapologetic use of the term “F*g**t”. Whoever decided to run this cover and direction has a mind as empty as this magazine. Call me PC or whateva.

Never liked him. Will never like or get him.

I noticed on newsstand.co.uk this morning that there's a special boxed edition of The Face on sale for £127 P&P, and I naively hoped this could be a specially published collection of material from the original run of the magazine.

But it seems to be a super-expensive hardbacked and boxed version of the launch issue(s), with a limited print run of 999.
