It's one of those Chanel fake tattoos. I was so curious to see that tattoo better that I ended up finding another picture of it on hanneli.com - where it says "Leaf Greener – fashion editor of Elle China sporting the Chanel tattoos." The outfit is a little different, but it's the only picture of this specific tattoo I could find, and the rings look similar, so maybe it's her...
