When it comes to models I prefer the 2003-2006 period instead - when girls like Daria Werbowey, Liya Kebede and Caroline Trentini were just starting out. And I loved girls like Adina Fohlin and Rie Rasmussen. The models were women and knew a thing or two about how to look sexy. And of course the collections were much better back then, which is why I started paying attention to models at all.

I like the 06-08 period that's when I started to pay attention to models. Tanya D. totally captured me on FTV.

Same here , but I started pay attention to models in 2008.
That's why Spring/Summer 2008, Fall/Winter 2008 (particularly) and Spring/Summer 2009 are my favorite seasons ever

Starts at 1:43,one of my favorite shows, yes albeit a VS show is the 2002 VSFS, 1st segment, with Gisele Bundchen, Karolina Kurkova, Carmen Kass, Eugenia Volodina, Michelle Alves, Fernanda Tavares and Naomi Campbell!!!

Look at 2:37 when Carmen Kass starts walking, when the music gets even more louder and she walks towards the end of the runway, and she poses, stomps and looks around, simply CLASSIC

I think the VS 2005 opening was simply fierce! All the girls worked it and the Body Rockers music was the perfect addition! I also have the feeling their bodies looked even more skinny and toned but that's probably also because of the quality

What makes it 'fierce' IMO is that the models are focused more on the cameras instead of the audience as in recent years. Now, the models blow kisses to the audience, smile (don't get me wrong, I like it, but sometimes it's they smile too much), and back then it was about being sexy to the camera.

Yeah, the years that Gisele Bundchen was in it, were honestly the best, she was in them from 2000-2006, and the best years were 2002-2006, and the climax was 2005!

How about this show, D&G S/S 2006.

A lot of young models! Anja Rubik, Caroline Trentini, Natasha Poly, Sasha Pivovarova, Vlada Roslyakova, Jessica Stam, Heather Marks, Marija Vujovic, Freja Beha Erichsen, Marina Perez, Hana Soukupova, Candice Swanepoel, Morgane Dubled and Mariacarla Boscono so many big models here!!!, the best part is when Heather Marks is walking at 1:27, they way her head and hips sway, it's crazy sexy and so much attitude!, then at 5:35 when Marija Vujovic walks, followed by Natasha Poly!!!, with her sexy gangsta walk...epic.

All of that group of models look young indeed Jessica Stam, Snejana Onopka, Sasha Pivovarova, Vlada Roslyakova, Caroline Trentini, Anja Rubik, Kim Noorda... etc and i agree, i also miss Natasha showing how a models should perform in the runway.
