you definitely need a foundation with medium-heavy coverage (besides concealer). MAC Studio Fix Fluid does it for me, but some people break out to MAC foundations...maybe Prada ended up using their own cosmetic brand

neni - the make up artist on the Devil wear Prada was Nicki Ledermann http://www.nickiledermann.com/ (her site is down ?) When it comes back up you could email her and ask her ?

To me it looks a bit like 'All that Glitters' by MAC (but that might be to pearlized) ..'Sublime Nature' a MAC paint might actually be a good match..

for the blue eyeshadow, you could try MAC Pigments, or maybe Barry M they also have products like that.
