The February issue is still on stands, yes. Although March should be arriving soon enough.
Couldn't find German Vogue today, hopefully tomorrow or Monday.

I saw the new Nylon in my local newsagents today, but didn't see US InStyle yet. The previous issue had disappeared from the shelves, but the new one hadn't come in yet.

I'm not sure if anyone's noticed, but Vogue China has officially stopped being imported to the UK (at least through themagazinecafe) so I was wondering if anyone knew where else to get an issue.

You could try contacting the distributor directly. If there's an import price sticker on previous magazines, it'll give the name - for example, COMAG or Seymour - and then call or email the UK offices to ask what the status is of Vogue China. That particular company might have stopped handling the magazine, but another company might be in the process of taking over the distribution of it, and they'll be able to tell you that.

The April 2009 issue of Vogue Paris was in the UK for around March 29th. Hope it's that soon this year!

Oh according to magazinecafe.co.uk, Vogue Paris and Vogue España is already out.
