Yes or no? I would really like a pair of new boots for the upcoming winter in NYC that are both stylish and warm, and that have a non-imposing (but not flat) heel. The closest I have seen to what I'm looking for so far is the KORS Crosby boot. What have been your experiences with this boot? How warm are they? Comfortable? Versatile? Etc... Also, if anyone knows of a place where I could get them for a good price, I would greatly appreciate a heads up. Thanks guys!

i dont have the crosbys but last year i had the beavertons (KORS) and i loved them..they are almost the same just mine have lace crosby dont and the style is a bit diff...the wedge is sorta high but they are still comfortable and make an outfit look good even tho they are winter boots

Heres the Crosby...they are kinda cute!

arent they the same shoes?

They are extremely similar, but technically, the Crosby is Kors by Michael Kors and the one that I posted is not called the Crosby and is by Michael by Michael Kors. The only difference that I saw is the toe is slightly different. The one that I posted has more of a square-ish toe.

FYI... Marshall Fields and Nordstrom have them for 179.99 and DSW (which is suppose to have the best deals) has em' for 199.99

dgie: I just saw them today and they really do look the same... I didn't notice a square-ish toe though... it seemed to have the best thin round toe of all the wintery boots I've seen this year (ya know how sooo many of them have a large round toe or a rounded square toe making you feel like a dinosaur). thinking of getting them.

Maybe a square toe was not the best way of describing them, but I wouldn't say it's a thin round toe. I think a better way of describing them would be to say that they have a very hard rounded toe.

I bought them in the tan color and they're really very comfortable!

What do you guys think about the Kors "Beaverton" boots?
