The minimalist's wardrobe

I've been meaning to buy the book actually. The fact that there's a section on dressing minimalistically makes it quite appealing. :flower:

I wear jeans and a t-shirt almost exclusively. I don't think I could get much more minimalistic unless I wore just my underwear.

^ Maybe a onesie  I understand they come in orange, but I guess those aren't for civilians ...

I'm not good at keeping a minimal wardrobe for everyday life but I think it's ideal when traveling. To pack few items that are versatile goes a much longer way than packing an entire suitcase filled with items you can only wear in one way.

This is something that I'm really working on right now. I tend to wear the same things all the time, and eventually realized that there was no point having so much clothing.

Me too, moirla. I've been trying to combine minimalism with the 4-5 item per season French wardrobe. It's been pretty successful! Now I'm more excited to get dressed everyday, because I love what's in my closet.

Alright I'm starting to feel like I'm making progress! Yesterday I finally released my faded, stained black trousers and replaced them with a nice new pair that I'm sure I'll be wearing constantly (navy, slim-leg, Japanese twill) . I've also come up with a few items to send to consignment and thrift stores, and am slowly getting rid of my old, useless bras that have stayed around for far too long...:ninja:
