Just saw the episode (the first one). I had some issues with it, but it's definitely something I'll be watching.
The things I wasn't impressed with
1. Tay (aka Tyalor). I hate that nickname first of all. Second of all she seems like such a b*tch, but not even a natural one, but rather she looks like she WORKS at being a b*tch, so it all comes off so staged. Make sense? And the whole thing with Brad was so ridic, but it was like straight out of my last job, lol. Nobody tells you anything, so you have no idea what's going on and then somehow expect you to figure things out and be proactive on your first day at work. But on the other hand, she seems like someone who takes a while before letting someone in (I'm kind of like that) and the previews seem to show that her and Brad get along just fine. Perhaps my opinion of her will improve as we go along.
2. The damn catchphrases. "I die." "She shut it down." etc Rachel, you need to stop. Why does everyone who gets on reality tv tries to push his or her catchphrase? It's not cute, not cool but is SO ANNOYING.
3. Less of the non-fashion drama, unless it's something that needs be told, obv.
4. Yeah, we get it, her husband is her 'rock, support, reason, bla, blah, blah'. The first time was fine, second time wasn't that bad either, but when it's being said every five second, you start to get annoyed.
LOL, I did like everything else though. Also I realized, being a stylist is one of the BEST jobs you can possibly have. WOW, so much fun. Rachel seems like a decent human being too. I never hated her or anything, but she looks much colder from the pics, stories, etc.
Lastly, did anyone else think they made the wrong decision for Joy's dress? I thought that white Valention was more chic and dramatic.
