They were pretty insensitive with Taylor about the new girl having the body for the dresses. Especially since Taylor spent years as the one who got to try the dresses and now she's second best.
It looks like that girl is going to be a bit of a snake in the grass although she seems more suited to The Hills than RZP.

i've watched it twice as well. love it.. i really love watching the "hunt" for the golden globes dresses.

taylor does take it all for granted, i think, but she clearly works hard and knows what shes doing.

Loved this epsiode, i officially like Rachel, would totally be friends with her, something i never thought would say.The white dress came ALIVE on Eva, when that intern tried it on, i did not like it at all, but then bam, Mendes rocked it!! And of course Cameron in the modified (crazy she got them to do it, which says about her pull!) Chanel HC was stunning.Love to see the behind the scene work that goes into it, Brad is such a darling.

But OMG i wont even go there with Taylor, yes she is capable, but everything should have a limit, and she has NONE!Intnetionally rude and bithy, with no manner's whatsoever!

Same, in the media she is portrayed as being a huge b*tch, but after watching the show (including last season) I think that this is really not true. I know people can act up for the cameras etc but I do think that she is really lovely and she is so passionate and talented in her job (I know some people question her styling, but even if you don't like her typical 'look' you have to admit she is extraordinarily good at her job - the Chanel dress scenario shows this!), sometimes a bit blunt and slightly crazy - but that kind of adds to her charm. Her and Roger are also such an adorable couple too

The show makes me realize how good a stylist, and business person, and pr person, you have to be to make it in this field...I mean, you need to have massive contacts, hold hands with tons of insecure stars and their people, schmooze designers, magazine people and retailers and also be a great stylist knowing all about dresses, jewelry, shoes etc...A difficult field to say the least! And btw, I find Rachel very attractive, but then I've always been a pushover for petite, blond neurotics...

I love R., and I believe she is a kind, interesting, if not slightly shallow, person, who wants to create a family environment in her workplace. And shallowness is to be expected, since she has been in fashion for so long. And she is extremely good at what she does. But as a person who has been scrutinized and insulted in the cruelest way possible about her looks since forever, she could be a little more sensitive about T., who is a young girl herself. And she clearly idolizes R. in ever way.

Maybe because the ep. was edited this way I felt odd, but this is the first time R. rubbed me the wrong way... well, other than her desperate comments about Anna Wintour two years ago.
