Look, it was a stunning dress, but it was Grace Kelly's dress; and no amount of talking about roses and thistle and shamrock and Victorian padding is going to change that.
There's nothing wrong with that; it's a classic look and I suppose there's not much room to be creative with the dress of a woman who is one day going to be queen because it has to withstand the test of time and trends. In three hundred years if another royal bride was to wear it it would still look right.
