Thank you Vintage_Princess, I've been look like made at all kinds of different sites trying to find them..the closest Marc by Marc Jacobs shoes I could find are these (see attachment) from Browns in London.
Are they the model you are refering to? The sole seems different (or maybe its just that angle of the shot)
