No picture, but here goes. There's a TV commercial running for "Dove Ultimate Visibly Smooth Deodorant" with a brunette in a short white dress wearing a pair of silver D'orsay open toed sandals with a setback heel and a bow decoration over the vamp. It's a very distinctive shoe, so somebody must recognize it. The commercial is out there on the web as a video.
