So I saw this little street style picture in the May 2009 issue of Lucky Magazine (Elizabeth Banks is on the cover). And I fell in love with the shoes. Hard.

Can anyone i.d. them? I know this is a tiny photo...They're lace ups with cut-outs on the side. You don't know how long I've been Googling "lace ups" and "cut outs"...which is why I turn to you here.
