Anyone tried their concealers?

I just bought the pencil concealer that has different shades on each end. I previously had the liquid form concealer but it was too light for my complexion. The pencil concealer definitely solved that problem. I usually color in the dark circles with the darker shade then lightly draw a line with the lighter shade below my lash line. (I make sure it doesn't crease by lightly patting it with a small amount of powder foundation.) I recommend it for people that have dry skin and have problems with the cream form concealer - :flower:

If anyone is curious about their mascara, I also bought the "mascara length & waterproof" in jet black. I had no problems with smudging or flaking... and It's also great because it keeps my lashes perfectly curled even after a couple of coats.

I use mascara basic and precise volume mascara together.
One layer of precise volume and one layer of basic on the upper lashes and one layer of basic on lower lashes.
I'm very picky about mascara, but these two work well. ^_^

I just bought the pink cleansing oil after the rave reviews on here...but I have a silly question: do I put the oil on AFTER getting all my makeup off (with a different cleanser) or does the cleansing oil do that too?

^ I wonderd that too... i've been removing my makeup then washing my face but... i wasn't sure what to do either!

You should always apply the oil cleanser to dry skin; do not remove makeup with a separate cleanser first. One of the great things about the oil cleanser is its ability to remove makeup gently. After you massage the oil into dry skin, add a little water and massage it in to emulsify the oil, then rinse clean.

Hope that helps :flower:

Thanks!!!!!! I will do that from now on, which is advantageous as I dont have to spend money on a separate cleanser :)

Has any one here tried the false eyelashes luxe? How do they look? Does any one have pics of them on people?

I just broke down and bought the eyelash curler! I'm excited because I love curlers, but I've always been reluctant to own one because of the pads. It seems like such a waste of $20 when the pads wear out so quickly and it doesn't seem there's a way to replace them (or is there?).

^aren't they great?! i swear by them now. as for the pads, it should come with an extra one, recommended to change every 3 months.

has anyone tried the lash repair? i want to use it as a primer before applying mascara. i use lancome's cils booster xL right now and don't know if i should switch to something else.

But 3 months is nothing! Unless I'm reading it wrong and they recommend you go back and forth between the pads? I may sound stupid but as much as I love eyelash curlers I never got the hang of how they work. The pad thing always confused me. I have a Shiseido one that I bought as my first eyelash curler and as much as I liked it, I can't use it anymore because the pads got cruddy and I thought I was suppose to throw away the pads. Was I not suppose to do that?....

^Honestly, I've had my Shu curler for a few years and I haven't changed the pad  It just looks good as new, so I never thought about it  Actually what I did now was take the pad out and turn it upside down and put it back in the holder (if that makes sense) because that part hasn't been squashed at all. All Shu curlers should come with a spare pad.

I'm pretty sure you can buy packs of replacement pads though, although I can't seem to find them on the website :ermm:

^ i just recently bought a curler as well and i love it.... it never pulls my lashes (i like to mascara up first) and it gives you a HUGE curl i love it! i've yet to change my pad it's been almost three months... dunno if I will... but i LOVE it!

I used it for the first time yesterday and all I have to say is, whoa! I never thought there was a difference between eyelash curlers because they all look the same, but comparing this one to my others is night and day. It rests easily on my lid, grabs all my lashes easily (main problem I had with my other ones was that my outer corner lashes would always be left out because of the angle of the curler) and I, basically, sloppily did it and still got no pinching! I'm really impressed.

I've been using the lash repair as a primer for a couple of months. I guess it works well enough, nothing stand-out about it though. Sometimes it would make my eyes water like crazy.

^I love their eyeshadows as well! I just got a great one to wear everyday- and I do!

I'm wondering about their foundations- how are they for very fair skin? I'm so pale that I find it extremely difficult to find foundation that is light enough for my colouring but still has good coverage to disguise red spots. Anyone have an opinion?

I recently bought the eyelash curler and I love it. The first day I used it I got so many compliments on my eyelashes, it makes such a huge difference.

^ I know! I didn't realize how much of a difference it was from my MAC one until I bought it! SO happy I did.
