If you check the When Stars Wear Runway Looks thread it was identified as Roland Mouret. I think thats the one you are talking about.

As for the shoes from shopbop, they only dress their models in shoes that they sell (from what I've seen) so if you can't find them with some initial searching around shopbop I would just email them a copy of the picture and ask. I'm sure they'd know.
