I think it was said like Ungaro or Pucci. Don´t remember exactly. But one of this two.

Pucci has a dress that looks a lot like that one. Only the one-shoulder strap thigny is different. It hasn't got one to be exact. And it missed that darker blue of fabric.
It could be modified ofcourse but I don't see Sylvie doing that.

Could it be this one? Sylvie's hair is infront of the strap. It would make it easier if it wasn't.
