I was so excited when The Corner began to stock womenswear; they carry a great selection of hard-to-find designers. It's quickly become one of my favorite online shops.

Their customer service is sloooow.

They received my returned item on the 25th of November but not until the 3rd of December they issued the refund. Usually it then takes 10 days for yoox until the money are on my account - probably it is the same for thecorner

They claim it depends on the credit card company, but refunds from all other shops are much quicker...

Actually if they issued the refund to you on Dec 3rd after receiving your items on Nov 25th, that doesn't seem too bad. It's only a bit longer than 1 week, no? I bought a lot from YOOX (because I couldn't afford current season full-priced items from the same designers, and also because I do find very nice stuff from YOOX). The refund waiting time of YOOX really varies a lot in my experience. It could be 3 or 5 days, and it could also be much longer, like 4 weeks. I will say typically it's around a week or so for me.

no, but those pieces will invariably wind up on yoox given how awful the corners prices are.
