Threeasfour S/S 2022 New York

Wish Scott was still posting to break this down for me.. is it the same people as back then and did age just.. hit?.. I thought I’d time travel when I opened this thread and would see them improving what they did before most people these days and better: sportswear-inspired clothes that is surprisingly far more interesting than some pseudo-eccentric galactic petal. I understand that going the opposite direction worked out for them some 20 years ago but this isn’t the opposite or even.. profitable? who would want to dress like some nameless streetstyle character circa 2011..

Oh wow... it's giving me very two-dimensional Iris van Herpen, cheaply dyed and on crack.
There's nothing even remotely pleasing about any of this, everything looks so aggressive and ugly.

Conceptually, it’s kind of like they deconstructed that iconic Versace dress JLo wore to the Grammys and designed an entire collection around it.

Iris Van Herpen with McQueen "Plato´s Atlantis" prints...and I already wrote this in another thread (I don´t remember the designer who also made a collection similar to this disaster).

Outside of the nauseating colors, it is apparent that there is no fashion here. Instead, we get clothes (if you can even call them that) created from individuals without a single sense of style. Fine, if you want to try an approach that is different or unique at least make a product that fits and has some level of structure. This is anti-anti fashion, as in, there is not a single ounce of good design here. If I were at the show I would stand up and shout over the influencers “Threesafour, please no more, Threesafour, please no more!” Unreal.
