^ omg, can't wait to see what he brings!
£30 million? He's going all the way then! But the real question is, will he being going the same sexy Gucci/YSL route that we all love, or will he head towards the more sophisticated, tailored ideal he's been doing for men (and Julianne Moore/Carine[he dressed her at the Met gala a couple of years ago, right?]) at his own label?
Im glad he is back, can't wait for the controversial ads and sexy outfits.
Oh, I hope it is true!!
inside La Mostra
they might as well close operations at halston. thankfully, gucci and ysl have claimed their own territories now -- for better or worse -- but i can't wait to see what he turns out for women. also, if he times this right, his film might get an oscar the same week this collection makes its debut on the catwalk....
if i'm not mistaken, the oscars take place the sunday between milan and paris fashion week next year....
It's been confirmed: Tom Ford Confirms He’s Launching Womenswear
Excited to see what he brings!
Carine Roitfeld would better make a Tom Ford guest-editing issue to promote it!
why on earth would it take 50 million $ just to set up/distribute a womens collection? that seems an absurd amount of money to me.
why isn't there a specific thread for Tom launching a womenswear line ?
That is a just a bit OTT.......but still.......awaiting patiently.
As long as a runway show is involved, I'm good.
You can't blame me, either...you know you've all been dying to see that little turn the models make on the runway before they exit...you know you've been dying for a fur lined catwalk...you know it.
About f-ing time!!!
