Yesss, love how Leila keeping book and busy while her "mentor" can not get a TF campaign even in her heyday .
I think I’ll keep my recyclable waste for another week #inspired
LOL, Tom needs to take it down a notch! Nobody in the horology world will check for this, no pun intended. You're selling watches but I'm looking at boobs and bums? Maybe these are aimed at the fashion set but just as with his beauty line, I doubt these watches will hit the mark within the watch community. In fact, Marc Jacobs is more respected in the beauty and fragrance community because those income funnels are not as integrated with the mainline. At least not visually.
If I'm only going to judge the images, looks very budget. 101 Fashion shoot. Like the runners up to an ANTM challenge - almost, but not quite. Quite ironic really because that also sums up Leila's career on ANTM and beyond.
I love Tom but this is NOT making me want to save the planet by buying these watches
How rude of Tom to book Leila only to put her in something that looks straight out ANTM
Selling you sexy but sustainable. I like it because when it is about being eco conscious, it is always dry, cheap and very not appealing. Never understood why. Like being sustainable means not looking rich...
So go Tom!
The same concept executed by Meisel would have been fabulous.
It’s provocative and on brand with Tom’s image but there’s something wrong about the cast.
The watches aren’t that expensive so I think it’s a good initiative anyway. If people are willing to spend 1000 on a Apple/Hermès watch, I can see them buying a sustainable Tom Ford watch.
So glad to see Leila but so disappointed with this, the lighting is terrible.
Who’s the male model?
I believe its Vas Nova
I wonder if this is shot by Steven Klein.
Happy to see Leila! That's all.
The picture shows a dreamy, raven-haired young woman.
Had there still been ANTM, I just imagine trying being extra about the earth and then sets up a challenge posing naked in a pool full of plastic bottles. But I love Leila and happy to see here her.
The cropped image wthat only shows her face and the watch is nice but the full shots just dont make sense.
Love Leila, the cropped shot is better but this does look like a shoot from ANTM lol
you're very right. however, unfortunately, this set is not making the whole thing very desirable either. it's insulting, even. please don't call this sustainable. sustainable in my book means pointing out the ecological urgency, creating a meaningful product and selling it to customers while educating them or at least making them aware. this is a typical case of greenwashing. luxury brand selling their branded crap, albeit made of recycled/regenerated materials creating a notion of helping the planet while making crazy profits and normalizing the status quo. it's not cool, it's not rich, it's very cheap.
