Yeah, why does the slideshow start with 2/10 Bambi?

Britt Maren has a stunning picture... she looks like Kim Basinger there! I had no idea she could be so attractive....

Theres looks so much like Siri in hers....

Daphne and Kirsi's pictures are perfect, Hailey and Bambi's pictures are not so great.
I think it's really cool that Kirsi is making it 'cool/acceptable' for women to have big feet.
I had a 6'3" friend with big feet that would never shop for shoes because the saleswomen would make her cry! So I think this is a great step.

9/10 for me (was too much of a scardy cat to post mine though). But I must say...Bambi, really? Really? Even ignoring all my senses of practicality and technicality I still didn't consider it. Guess hype wins out at the end of the day because I chose rather to put Kat Hessen on the list (I guess she flew way too under the radar to be considered).

Bambi was easy, all the hype...
My only mistake was Samantha Gradoville instead of Kyrsi. Even though I could have gone without them personally.

I'm quite surprised (and sad aswell!) that Kat Hessen isn't on the list too... but I agree that their other choices are quite deserved.

In regard of mdc's Top Newcomer list: I can live with everyone - EXCEPT Marcelia as the recent update?! Sorry but to me, a 'TOP NEWCOMER' isn't a girl who has walked a minor number of (not exactly high-profile) NY shows and then is lucky enough to score a Givenchy exclusive
I mean, YES - an exclusive is always something exciting and remarkable, but...being a top newbie because of that? (Well, I'm guessing the guys @ mdc know more about her future bookings and jobs than we do and that's because they put her on the list, but anyway)

Well, he clarifies that she is a top 10 newcomer because she has generated a lot of interest and is likely to book some high-profile editorials/campaigns, and we all know that Wayne gets his kicks from profiling models that have potential to become future stars (that and exaggeration).

Last season, Yuliana Dementyeva also got top newcomer because of her Givenchy exclusive and she hasn't really been everywhere. I get that they see potential but they often overrate some girls. I like Marcelia but I don't think she was a top newcomer.

I'm hoping the last two will be Linnea Regnander and Fabiana Mayer but who knows.

^ Fabiana would be a great addition indeed! I'm not overwhelmed by her season in general but I think she did fairly well and certainly deserves some more attention.

Maddie well deserved, Iris quite unexpected, Im sure MDC knows more about future prospects

seems like MDC didn't want to pick the same girls as Vogue/Style.com so they're left picking what's left, which isn't much. This was a season when a lot of new girls got a lot of different shows and only just 2 or 3 really stood out. Marcella and Iris really had at best so-so seasons and certainly not the kind that would normally lead to a top-newcomer status.

Well to be fair.. the list of top 10 girls this season was very open to interpretation since so many girls did "so-so" and there were only a few hands down blockbuster girls

And we all know MDC/Wayne LOVES Givenchy exclusives..

Hmm... well, I can see where the "so-so" comments come from in Iris' case as she certainly could've done more and even better shows, but then again, this girl was a CK exclusive in NY, walked for Jil Sander in Milan and McQueen + Miu Miu in Paris - so...for me, it's at least justified that she deserves a place on a Newcomer list (even if it should more likely be called "Newcomers to follow" rather than "TOP Newcomer" ) And like I mentioned before: Marcelia's presence among the other Top New Faces is still the biggest mystery to me.
But I guess with the time the campaign news are arriving in dribs and drabs, this will become more clear ...
