Hi !
I am working on a project for my study Fashion and Management, and I am searching for people with experience in working for Topshop.
If you have worked for them, or know anyone who has, please let me know how you've experienced it. I am particularly interested in how their corporate culture is; is the work environment friendly? Informal? Or competitive? Is it a flat organisation or very rigid and hierarchical? Things like this. Nothing major, just a few of your words will do
