    Looks like a bland rendition of Vogue Australia's sci-fi Gemma Ward cover. Maybe it's her ashy blonde, or the dress, but I'm not a fan of this cover. US T&C's content is a guilty pleasure for me. And based on the coverlines, it sounds good.

    I used to like Karlie when she was a rising star on the pages of US Vogue, but I slowly went off her when she moved beyond that and turned herself into a... do-gooding American superhero, whose powers include carrying coffee for ten office blocks at once, feeding the gluten-free five thousand by baking batches of "kookies", not to mention any of her other projects, all "misspelled" using a capital K more often than the Kardashians do, which is a marketing achievement in itself.

    And there it is in BIG LETTERS on the front of a magazine! The very thing that now winds me up about her. "Supermodel Superhero". I mean, you can't knock a girl for being smart about her career, and she's probably a power for good, but why does it feel so horribly false to me?

    That blonde looks so awful on her.

    I have to STRONGLY disagree with everyone here! She looks AMAZING !!!!!! SUPERMODEL OF THE XXI CENTURY !!!! Karlie is the epitome of super high fashion girl who managed to not blip after one or two seasons, she did like Cindy, Tyra, Heidi and the successful supermodels of the 90´s to parlay her high end portfolio into a lucrative commercial kingdom. That´s what the goal is everybody for a high fashion model !!! :cool: They don´t want to look edgy forever just to remain cool to our eyes, they want to reach higher goals once they master the high fashion arena. Karlie is the perfect definition of a fashion darling adored and used by EVERY top designer and photographer and magazine editor who then became her real self and doing soooooo many things to diversify her career, so proud of her. THIS is what I love and buy magazines for, not the cheap instagirls of today who have no knowledge of the industry or real skills and who look dead on every cover they bought for themselves...

    That COVER is everything come on: tall, slender, cool, sexy, great background, she looks confident and nice.

    :heart::heart::heart:

    I like Karlie, could rant on forever how she is long overdue a solo cover of American Vogue, but there's absolutely nothing about this cover which is working. The styling, the background and overall amateurish photography from Max Vadukul... lackluster cover to say the very least. A wasted opportunity, Town & Country!

    Love it!

    Hopefully Anna will give her OG Vogue US cover soon...especially now Karlie has EL that can help her like they did with Kendall.

    Town and countries is repositioning as Vanity Fair? Karlie's edit is very meh but she is probably the most successful supermodel from the 2000s. I mean come on, she wasn't born with famous last name. She was John's muse and shot by Meisel. She was a VS angel and a face of the most commercial make-up brand. And she launched a successful career in other area and have reasons to show up on late night shows. The only thing is missing is a solo Vogue cover.

    That's the same vibe I've been getting, and not just with this cover. They've been slowly styling their content to match that of VF over the past few months. It's nowadays less brazenly snobbish or out of touch like Tatler, and written with more of a conscience. But the aspirational factor is still there. Radhika Jones better watch out.

    Ugh, I so agree. She's annoying, like a robot. Everything carefully thought out, superficial.

    I agree. Although lately i like her less (well mostly because i miss her HF days). I have to admire her for being smart with her career. I mean she got where she is today with her strength, talent, hard work... not because of the last name like others "top models" now. She's the real SUPER of this era.

    It looks like the cover of Fast Company or some business magazine.
