yikes not a big fan of ed hardy either. Most of their design are too busy or just to plain. basically just blah!

^same with Von Dutch...
it wasnt even cool when that trend first started

well, von dutch became pretty popular with the first season of The Simple. Everyone wanted a Von Dutch hat, even me! LMAO. I realized it was pretty played out already.

I'm not sure how much this is a trend vs a normal thing, but it seems to me wearing vintage is very "in" now... I hate it when people take the ugliest piece of Goodwill clothing ever but because it's "vintage" they think it's great.. just because something is "vintage" doesn't mean it's stylish or current or good looking. So many times it just looks awkward.

Just my opinion ! :innocent:

I agree with this. Vintage doesn't always translate to "fashionable".

Printed hoodies - I'm seeing way too many of these around!

yes. i agree. i hate the printed color hoodies especially the ones that zip up to the top of the hood paired with crazy colored nike dunks or whatever. its so overdone.

i agree, but i feel i have to defend myself because i actually own a "vintage" clothing store. i chose the word vintage because i knew it would be easily translatable as second-hand clothing. though kind of deceiving, i do actually have some true authentic vintage items on it. but there's no way in hell i'd call my shop ponyshowsecondhand.com haha.

Weird nail colors, blue, green, yellow, black, white, multi-color, etc. on either fingers or toes.

French Tips are OK if done right.

I love vintage clothes! Since I am not exactly a fan of "trends", I go for the "creative" with the help of vintage pieces mixed with modern items. Those clothes used to be fairly priced - in my city anyway. Now they are as (or more) expensive than the trendy stuff... Sad...

I agree with this. Especially colors like green, blue which makes the hands looks like it belong to a dead person...LOL.!

But I love black nail polish. I have been wearing it since the 80s - way before it became a trend... Oh man, I hate those "recuperated" trends... Makes my "original" look not so original... Sheesh!

I agree with the above point... i think the whole vintage look, gothique, ponchos and quite getting sick of super low waist and skinny stuff.
What looks even more terrible is when girl wearing them bend down to pick up stuff, you get a peep of their bare butt cleavage.........ewwwwwwwww..

^as long as u dont see butt cleavage when theyre standing up straight...

ugg boots! england has been taken over by them. i understand they're comfortable and everything, but some people are still wearing them, in june! why?

i personally hate Ugg boots myself - so ugly! :yuk:

i know it's strange seeing people wearing them even on a hot day like Los Angeles , California.
Ugg boots is quite unique because it won't sweat the feet. something about the fur - a kangaroo skin? i think an aussie might be a better person to explain it.
but yeah, it's the fur skin that has this unique insulation that's why you can wear it year round.
