There is also a reprint from Elle France in this issue, last week's cover editorial with Sean Levy.
Personally speaking, I have to say that I enjoy the fashion much, much more under Farrah than under Lorraine or even Anne Marie. And let's not forget that Anne Marie was an actual fashion editor. Aurelia Donaldson's styling is perfect for Elle, and that's a compliment.
Besides that, there has actually been an increase in fashion content under Farrah. Even more than Lorraine had. Of course you have to realise for this to be the case in 2021, when readership is down, it's a huge accomplishment. Even the most persuasive ad sales team couldn't manage this on their own because for them to sell ad space must mean the numbers/reach/prestige of UK Elle should be solid.
I like the cover, maybe it's the pose, the colour combination with her tan and the lean, athletic physique. It's also very brave of them to go with Rosie in her knickers, but I don't find it sexual at all. It's more trendy because that style of knickers is very much in right now.
Always forget that she's actually a great model and it's refreshing to see her after a break from all those covers under Justine.
