Why would you want a man on the cover of a woman's fashion magazine anyway?

I admire the man's acting work, but that doesn't mean I want to see him on the cover of a woman's magazine. And no-one of the female persuasion gets to flaunt those sort of god-given forehead lines, so I'm not impressed by any aspect of this decision. Call me when a woman gets to show her natural face on the front, and then I'll appreciate a cover that's a little out of the ordinary.

Why would you want a man on the cover of a woman's fashion magazine anyway?

I think it makes for a nice refreshing change if its done only once in few years. But only when its a stylish man who has something to say, and can take a good photo. He does nothing for me in print.

It's interesting seeing a man on the cover of Elle, Ben isn't really my cup of tea but I understand why he's popular, and he is very different from the last man to grace a cover (which was David Beckham if I'm remembering correctly, no?). Curious to see whose on the cover of the regular issue then. Also, is it me, or does it seem too soon for a December issue to be out- we are only 12 days into October!

We actually had Pharrell Williams with that tacky native American headdress earlier this year.
